Baristas
Sarah
Sarah joined the team shortly after the shop opened in 2006. In addition to her unique skills as a barista, she is a visual artist. A graduate of Memphis College of Art in 2006, Sarah has since participated in showings all around downtown. Though her main focus is abstract painting, she possesses skills in book-making, print-making, photography, sculpture and graphic design. Sarah uses these skills here at Bluff City Coffee in making unique designs to top your cappuccino.
Jake
Jake has served espresso drinks at Bluff City Coffee for a couple of years. As a graduate of Memphis College of Art, teaches several introductory undergraduate classes. Additionally, Jake is involved with several musical groups.
Dave
Dave has been a part of Bluff City Coffee since 2007. A graduate of Rhodes College, he is returning to school in the Fall of 2010 to study wind turbine engineering. Dave is active in the local running scene and races on the Breakaway Running team.
Milton
Milton has been with the Bluff City team for three years now. He is studying Psychology at the University of Memphis and is a die hard basketball fan. He loves meeting new customers and enjoys talking with the regulars. Come by in the afternoon and let him make you a cup of our delicious, 'made to order' coffee.
