Sarah

Sarah joined the team shortly after the shop opened in 2006. In addition to her unique skills as a barista, she is a visual artist.  A graduate of Memphis College of Art in 2006, Sarah has since participated in showings all around downtown.  Though her main focus is abstract painting, she possesses skills in book-making, print-making, photography, sculpture and graphic design.  Sarah uses these skills here at Bluff City Coffee in making unique designs to top your cappuccino. 

Milton

Milton has been with the Bluff City team for three years now.  He is studying Psychology at the University of Memphis and is a die hard basketball fan.  He loves meeting new customers and enjoys talking with the regulars.  Come by in the afternoon and let him make you a cup of our delicious, 'made to order' coffee.

Griffen

Griffen is the latest addition to the Bluff City Coffee team.  She brings barista knowledge along with a great deal of bakery experience. Griffen has spent a couple of years in bakery schools in Colorado along with hands on experience at the largest bakery in Colorado Springs.

Since joining Bluff City Coffee, Griffen has taken on some of the daily baking duties and is working with management to expand our pastry and baked offerings.
